Varieties planted: Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne, Counoise, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah
New Plantings-
Phase I (2008): Albariño, Grenache Blanc, Picpoul Blanc, Carignane, Graciano, Mourvèdre, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo, and Zinfandel.
Phase II (2009): Cabernet Franc, Cinsault, Grenache, Malbec, and Mourvèdre.
Phase III (2010 and Beyond): In progress.
Predominant Soil: Nacimiento series which consists of moderately deep, well drained soils that formed in material weathered from calcareous shale & sandstone.
Derbyshire Vineyard
Location: Off of Highway 1 between Cambria & San Simeon, 1 mile inland from the Pacific Ocean.
Acres planted: 63
Varieties planted: Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris
Predominant Soil: San Simeon series which consists of moderately deep & well drained soils that formed on soft sandstone.

Location: 6 miles east of Paso Robles on Highway 46
Acres planted: 278
Varieties planted: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Merlot, Syrah and Zinfandel
Predominant Soils: Arbuckle & Diablo series which range from coarse alluvium of mixed rock sources to clay and highly calcareous sandstone/shale.
