The Paderewski Festival in Paso Robles is excited to announce that PASO POPS, the annual patriotic-themed concert and Independence Day celebration on the Saturday closest to the 4th of July will return again on July 1st in 2017. Held at the Paso Robles Horse Park, The San Luis Obispo Symphony, paired with Youth Symphony members will perform a patriotic “Pops” program beginning at 8 pm with a fireworks finale.
