Winemaker’s Selection

(most popular choice!)

This line up allows us to showcase some of Derby’s finest vintages and how they have aged. Enjoy a balanced list of 1 sparkling, 2 white, 2 red, and 1 dessert wine from our Library. This list provides the full range, from light and bright to dark and sultry.

Pinot Noir Vertical

As many of you know, our Pinot Noir grapes come from Derbyshire Vineyard on the coast in San Simeon. This is one of our most unique wines. This line up offers a vertical tasting of different vintages of this wine ranging from 2007 to the current release. It includes 2 Sparkling Brut Rosé’s of Pinot Noir, and 4 vintages of traditional Pinot Noir.

Custom Flight

Already have your favorite Derby Wines? We offer a custom selection flight, so you can build your own tasting line up with any of our current release or library wines. Before heading up to the tower, we’ll take you to the library where you can pull the bottles you’d like to taste. Sadly, since we don’t know what you will pick, we cannot offer cheese pairings for this flight, but will include a gourmet cheese plate to snack on.
